Mamas Must-Have: Thirty One Guest Post and Giveaway!

I’m thrilled to have my dear friend Sarah Visser, an Executive Director with Thirty One Gifts, posting on Must-Have Love today! After teaching middle school for four years, Sarah left the classroom to spend more time with her growing family and began selling Thirty One. Today she’s generously giving away an Organizing Utility Tote, her favorite bag for moms, to one lucky reader. Thank you Sarah! Be sure to enter for your chance to win!

“Mom, are you the purse lady?” my son asks me. I look at him and smile, “Yeah, I guess I am.” If you had told me three years ago that anyone would call me that, I would not have believed you, but I cannot tell you how glad I am that this opportunity came into my life.  A year and three months after I started my business, I became a Senior Director and then about a year after that I became an Executive Director! It’s nice to know that I can still surprise myself at this stage in my life. Plus, not only do I get to stay at home with my wonderful kids and contribute to our family finances, but I also get to offer some of the best products out there to families all over.

Thirty-One is a wonderful company to it’s employees and customers alike. It was started a little over eight years ago by Cindy Monroe in the basement of her home with the help of her loving husband. She saw a need for quality boutique items, typically sold in stores that close at 5:00, to be more available to working and stay-at-home moms who rarely get the opportunity to shop until the evening. In a short time, Thirty-One has grown into a nationally recognized leader in the direct selling community.

I honestly love all the fantastic products our catalog offer. I own and use just about every one, but our absolute must-have for moms is the Organizing Utility Tote. It is a mom favorite because of the roomy inside and seven outside pockets. There is lots of storage, which is great for organization and fitting everything you need, from a baby bottle to a container of toddler snacks. Plus, you still have leftover space for mom’s water bottle and phone. And, as with most of our products, you can choose a pattern and personalize the bag with your monogram, your child’s name, or a cute saying you like. As a mother of three small children myself, I love that I can assign the kids their own pocket for whatever they decide to bring along on outings and still have a place for the baby’s essentials and my own stuff. That’s in addition to the inside, where all my normal purse/diaper bag items are kept. It is definitely a life saver where ever you are headed!

Thirty One has not only been a wonderful company to work for the past three years, it has also made my life so much easier by introducing me to products I love to use and sell. You can check out more of our purses and totes here or feel free to place an order on my page here. In the meantime, for a chance to win your own personalized Organizing Utility Tote in a pattern of your choosing (seen below), simply leave a comment on this post. That’s it! For additional chances to win, like “Must-Have Love” on Facebook using the icon on the right and/or Tweet about this giveaway, including @Must_Have_Love. Just be sure to leave a separate comment for each entry. A winner will be selected at random Friday morning.
